Supporting race and gender equity at work

The People Lab works with both private sector and public sector organizations to identify areas of improvement in recruitment, selection, promotion, and retention. Our research spans from deep analytical dives into why retention might differ by race or gender, to testing different ways to frame jobs and promotion processes. For example, we identify pain points where people of color may be disproportionately dropping out of a recruitment process, or identify causes for higher levels of retention about employees of color. Our goal is to co-design and test solutions that make recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce more possible.
