Assessing factors that affect physicians’ well-being

In partnership with Stanford University, we are analyzing what factors may affect the emotional well-being of female physicians at work or in their personal lives. We’re interested in understanding what role online communities, such as the Physician Moms Group, play in making them feel more connected, listened to and understood, and whether these increased sense of social belonging with their peers reduces burnout and/or improves decision-making patters and job performance.
