Andrea M. Headley is a President’s Postdoctoral Fellow in the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. She also holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor in the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Andrea is a public management and criminal justice scholar who studies citizen-state interactions and relations. Specifically, she asks how does organizational-, managerial-, and individual-level factors in local government affect public service delivery and outcomes? She is also interested in diversity management and racial equity. Andrea completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Public Policy and Administration at Florida International University, where she also received a M.S. in Criminal Justice. She also holds a B.S.Ed. in Community and Program Development with a double major in Criminology from the University of Miami.
