Jessica Li is a master’s candidate at the Goldman School of Public Policy. She has dedicated her studies gaining a deeper understanding of how to use behavioral insights to improve social policy, and how help public sector organizations more effectively use data to support design, improvement, and implementation of policies. Jessica has experience working in both the local government and international development fields. She worked most recently as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at a small international NGO focused on improving the delivery of primary healthcare services to school-aged children in Lusaka, Zambia. Jessica completed her undergraduate education at Colgate University with a degree in Geography.
