Jessie Harney is a Graduate Student Researcher and M.P.P. candidate at the Goldman School of Public Policy. Her research interests are in criminal justice system reform with a specific focus on mental health and improving outcomes for those whose lives are impacted by the carceral system. She has experience in both academia and the private sector and previous degrees in Psychology (B.S.) from Truman State University and Biostatistics (M.S.) from Washington University in St. Louis.
