Krista Ruffini is an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Her research examines how government policies and workforce policies affect labor market, education, and health outcomes among disadvantaged populations. With the People Lab, she has evaluated how workplace social support efforts affect employee burnout and retention. Krista holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley; an MPA from the London School of Economics; and a BA from Boston University
